Ordering
All products are subject to availability. After placing your order online, please check your order confirmation to ensure that the right products have been ordered. Please make sure that you have provided the correct telephone number, address and e-mail address, so we can contact you to confirm your order and delivery date. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Declan Ryan Wood until we accept your order by way of confirmation email. This will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Euro inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price. We do not store credit card details and your credit card transactions are secure. Your online transaction is managed by Stripe, a secure and encrypted online payment provider.
Delivery
For online sales, we ship within Ireland only.
We aim to ship all store orders within 5 working days of receipt. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Delivery charges are calculated combining weight, size and destination Please be aware that we ship from Ireland, all orders are delivered using Irish An Post Mail or UPS tracked and / or recorded delivery services.
Customers outside of Ireland need to get in touch in order to arrange an order manually. Customers in the UK or outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country.
For commissioned pieces, delivery shall be included in the commissioned price for local items. A delivery fee will be established for national and international pieces and communicated to the client prior to packaging & shipping. Collection from the workshop is available for items if agreed at time of order.
Returns
We hope that you’ll be very happy with your purchase from Declan Ryan Wood but we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let us know in writing no longer than 10 working days from the date on which you received the products.
Intellectual Rights
All aspects of this website including but not limited to product designs, images, text and graphics are owned by Declan Ryan Wood. These may not be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted, stored or altered in any way without prior written permission.
Security
Please make sure that your personal account details remain confidential at all times. If you are aware of or suspect that your security has been compromised, then please contact us as soon as possible.
Ordering Your Customised Pieces
To commission a piece, once a 50% deposit has been made, the production process shall proceed. Typically there is an 8-12 week lead time prior to delivery, depending on the particular item being produced.
Some stock items may be viewed at the workshop by appointment to meet the maker and to see the workshop.
Please email or phone for further details or to make an appointment to make client specific specifications and commissions. A site visit can be arranged to your premises to establish any special requirements and help with decisions to customise your piece.
